Join us for a FUN tournament to honor the memory of Tilley Harris, and to raise money for the PCVG as well as local charities. We are asking for a $10 donation per player, and lunch will be provided after the tournament in the pavilion. Half of the money raised will be to help offset expenses at the PCVG, and half will go to the Tilley Harris Memorial Fund. ALL the money raised will be allocated, there will be no deductions for expenses.

The Tilley Harris Memorial Fund is a charitable fund held at Schwab Charitable. Any money deposited to the fund is non-revocable, and money from the fund can ONLY be issued in the form of a grant to a qualified local charity. The fund will issue grants annually in March, starting in March 2025.

We plan to open the signups on March 1st at 8AM, and we will be using Sign Up Genius.

• Check-in will start at 8.
• Instructions and court assignments at 8:30
• Play starts at 9:00
• Note: This is the same date as the Rec Department co-ed tournament. A scheduling oversight, but we're hopeful that we have enough players to fill both events. I know last year we had several teams that were unable to sign up in time.

Play Format

• The tournament will be co-ed teams, and we will have 2 divisions- 8.0 combined rating and 7.0 combined rating.

• Each division will have 12 teams divided into 2 sections and we will play a round robin format. Winners from each section will be decided by win/loss record first, and total points will be used to settle any ties. The top 2 teams from each section will play each other in the finals to determine first, second and third place.
