LADIES CUP: NOVEMBER 10, 12 & 13, 2026
This is a team event and a chance to meet and participate on a team with varying skill levels.
Registration runs from 9/28 thru 10/9 and opens at 8:30 am.

Event Details
- Fee: $20 per player (includes shirt, lunch on last day of play, and medals).
- Time: 8 AM–2 PM.
- Location: Rohan Recreation Center.
- No partner assignments for this event—it’s designed for mixing, meeting others, and supporting an inclusive, community‑focused experience.
Eligibility
- Villages residents with a valid Villages ID.
- Age 50+.
- Rating requirement: Players must have a 3.0 to 4.5+ PCVG or DUPR rating. The highest of the two ratings will be used. To qualify with a DUPR rating, a minimum of 24 games and 60%+ reliability is required. The highest of the two ratings will be used. Results will not be reported to DUPR.

Format
- There are 12 teams divided into 2 pools of 6 teams each. Teams will play a round robin with every team within their Pool, no crossover to the opposite pool.
- The first two days will be pool play. Pool play will be 2 games to 11 points, win by 1 point, for all 5 opponents within one's pool. A team will play 3 opponents on 1 day, and 2 opponents on the other day of pool play.
- On the third day, bracket play begins: the top 3 teams from each pool will feed into the "Bexley Bracket". The bottom 3 teams from each pool will feed into the “Chitty Chatty Bracket.”
- This will be a 6-team bracket with a Consolation Bracket.
- Matches will be 2 out of 3 games to 11, win by 2 points. Once a team drops to the Consolation Bracket, matches will be 1 game to 15 points, switch ends at 8 points, win by 2.
- The Consolation Bracket does not feed up into the Championship Bracket.
- Captains will determine playing pairs and lineups.
