PCVG Appreciates You:  Enjoy Your Complimentary Shirt & Name Tag

PCVG is proud to recognize and support our Activity Volunteers by providing you with a complimentary name tag. In addition, after you’ve volunteered for 12 sessions, we will provide you with a PCVG shirt for you to wear during your time representing PCVG on the courts. This is our way of thanking you for the time, energy, and heart you pour into our community.

How to Order Your Complimentary Shirt & Name Tag

PCVG approved Activity Volunteers can order their complimentary items by clicking the Order Now button at the end of this page. Talk with your Activity Leader to ensure your name is on the PCVG Approved Volunteer list for each item before ordering. PCVG will cover the full cost for a PCVG name tag and any shirt that costs $21. You can order a different style shirt if you prefer, and PCVG will pay the first $21 of the cost. You will be responsible for paying anything over that amount. Only one complimentary shirt and name tag per person is awarded. Here's how to order.

Step 1 — Select your item(s) and add to the Cart.

Choose your shirt style or name tag. Ensure you know about any "upcharge" amounts as you will be responsible for the payment.

Step 2 —   Customize your order and click Add to Cart.

  • Select the size.
  • If you want your name printed on the merchandise, select "Name" from the "Add Name" dropdown menu. If you do not want a name, select "No Name" from the "Add Name" dropdown menu; and then in the Name textbox, type no name. Note:  You cannot check out unless the name meets the described criteria.

Step 3 — Review your order, click Check Out and enter the discount code(s).

To ensure you receive the $21 credit for the shirt, the free name tag, and free shipping (if desired), enter the following codes. Use all three codes as relevant. You will be responsible for any upcharges. Remember, the shirt discount applies only to shirts priced at $21.

NOTE: If you plan to order two shirts, please place two separate orders. Only one shirt is complimentary. Any additional shirts must be paid for in full by the volunteer.

  • FREESHIRTPCVG — makes your shirt show up as $0.00.
  • FREENAMETAGPCVG — makes your name tag show up as $0.00.
  • NOSHIP — removes shipping charges (only use if you are picking up your order).

Upcharges for Long Sleeve or Polo Shirts

If you choose a long sleeve or polo style, PCVG will still cover the base shirt cost of $21. You can simply pay the $8 or $10 upcharge at pickup or make arrangements with Tory for another payment method.

Shipping or Pickup Options

You may choose whichever option works best for you:

Have It Mailed to You:  If you prefer shipping, simply pay the shipping cost at checkout, and the shirt will be mailed directly to you.

Pick Up at Tory Brock’s House (Free Shipping):  If you want to avoid shipping fees, enter the code PCVGSHIP at checkout. This removes the shipping cost, but you MUST pick up your shirt from Tory’s house.
