We are excited to provide you with the opportunity to get regular updates about everything going on with the PCVG and for you to share your ideas with the Board. You will also have the opportunity to hear outside speakers educate you about everything pickleball.
What's It All About
The members of the PCVG Board will be hosting regular forums designed to keep players informed, engaged, and educated. These sessions are open to all residents who want to learn more about PCVG's activities, upcoming events, league updates, volunteer opportunities, and the evolving direction of PCVG.
Each meeting includes:
- PCVG updates and announcements
- Guest speakers from the pickleball community
- Q&A session which provides an opportunity to share your input
These meetings are a key element in the Board’s objective to provide you with complete transparency and accountability.
Meeting Schedule
The first public meeting is scheduled for January 19th at 6:30-8:30 PM at the Rohan Recreation Center.
RSVP
If you plan to attend the meeting, we need you to RSVP in advance by completing the form below. If you would like to submit a question, a comment, or a suggestion for the Board, you will need to type it into the Form. We will not be taking questions or comments from the floor during the meeting.
